About LT2 Logistics
A freight brokerage backed by two generations of asset-based trucking.

Where LT2 came from
LT2 Logistics, LLC was founded by Laufer Enterprises, Inc. to support their asset-based trucking company, Laufer Trucking, Inc.
Laufer Trucking began in 1977 in Hartford, Wisconsin, running dry vans and flatbeds across the Midwest. Over the years its customers began asking for freight it could not cover itself, on lanes it did not run, in modes it did not operate. LT2 was set up to answer that.
Today LT2 arranges freight nationwide across the United States and Canada, drawing on a network of vetted carriers rather than a single fleet.
Our mission
Move freight with dependable service, clear communication, and respect for the people who make every load possible.
The carrier network
Because we operate trucks ourselves, we understand what it takes to be a good carrier, and we believe strong carrier relationships start with respect.
LT2 prefers to work with carriers we know and trust, building relationships that grow stronger with every successful load. As our operations expand, so does our network, giving customers access to dependable capacity across the United States and into Canada.
Our network covers truckload, partial and LTL freight across dry van, flatbed, reefer, straight truck, sprinter and cargo van equipment, including hazmat-capable carriers.
What LT2 Arranges

Laufer Trucking, Wacker Drive Logistics and Warehouse, and LT2 Logistics operate as separate businesses. They share the same ownership, the same values, and the same standard of customer service.

Laufer Trucking
Where it all started
An asset-based carrier running dry van, flatbed, step deck, and Conestoga freight out of Hartford, Wisconsin. Laufer owns its trucks, employs its drivers, and runs its own dispatch, hauling primarily across the Midwest since 1977.

Wacker Drive Logistics & Warehouse
Storage, distribution, and logistics solutions
Warehousing and distribution in Hartford, Wisconsin, covering short-term and long-term storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.

LT2 Logistics
Freight brokerage services
The freight brokerage in the family. LT2 arranges expedited, LTL, partial, and full truckload capacity across the United States and Canada through a vetted carrier network. It owns no trucks and employs no drivers.
The businesses have distinct roles, but LT2 benefits from standards shaped by nearly fifty years of operating trucks. That experience informs what the brokerage expects from every carrier trusted with a customer’s freight.
