Freight Broker Services
A brokerage backed by an asset-based carrier. One point of contact, vetted carrier capacity.

One point of contact from pickup to delivery
Every freight broker will tell you they vet carriers. The more important questions are what they check, how often they check it, and what happens when a carrier no longer meets the standard.
LT2 Logistics is a freight brokerage backed by Laufer Trucking, an asset-based carrier that has been operating its own trucks since 1977. That means our standards for partner carriers come from decades of actually operating trucks, not simply arranging freight.
When you book with LT2, one person stays with your shipment from pickup through delivery. You're not passed from department to department or asked to explain your shipment again every time you call. Your contact knows the freight, the lane and the history behind it.
That personal accountability is intentional. We've built LT2 to give customers direct access to people who know their freight, while still developing the carrier network needed to provide dependable capacity.

The Carrier Standard
- FMCSA SAFERChecked before approval
- Operating authority verified active and satisfactory. Insurance confirmed current and meeting our standards. Safety and performance history reviewed.
- Not onceMonitored continuously
- Authority or insurance can lapse at any time. We run a system that monitors continuously and alerts us when something changes.
- Every loadTracked
- We use MacroPoint tracking and stay in constant communication with our carriers, so we get ahead of any issue before or during transit.
- DisqualifiersBefore a carrier starts
- We require a minimum of six months in business, no reports of double brokering or unethical business practice, and no safety history below standard.
- No second loadAfter a failure
- If a carrier fails to meet its commitment without a legitimate, verifiable reason, it is not offered another load.
What shippers say
When an expedited load doesn't arrive, we're shutting down an active job site and putting a customer relationship at risk. LT2 has been reliable and available, day in and day out.
